Step 1
Go to this page.
You will find a small form will ask you to customize your badges and get your code in less than 2 minuets.
Twitter feed: Enter your account name Twitter User
Label: Choose your favorite tag twitter badge.
Color: Choose your badge color.
Side: Where do you want your Twitter badge to be displayed.
From top: The space between the top and a badge in pixels.
After customizing your badge click Update Code
You'll see your code when you press the Update button code, copy the code and read step 2. read step 2.

Step 2
Go to your Blogger account Dashboard, go to Format>> Page Elements.
And model of your sidebar, click Add a gadget
then choose HTML / JavaScript.
Leave the empty title and the content area past the code that you copied in step 1.
Then press Save.
